[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide immunization program services to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.
- Access the facilities vaccination rates and work with the provider to determine a quality improvement plan.
- Ensure that vaccine is distributed according to jurisdictional priorities and ensuring equity in the distribution.
- Contractor will have staff hired, trained, and ready to participate in a training within thirty (30) days after execution of the contract.
- Complete the Pfizer, Moderna and Jansseen vaccine training.
- Review the vaccines for children operations guide.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2022.
