Government Authority located in Rapid City, South Dakota; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for physical security services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide physical security services to the government authority located in Rapid City, SD.
- The security provider is responsible for security guard services at the areas listed above for approximately 615 hours per week.
- Security provider will control entry to and egress from the location via designated installation and facility access control points (ACP) using security personnel, camera monitoring, and electronic security systems.
- Provide random vehicle searches of privately owned vehicles entering the properties.
- Control entry and provide vehicle searches to 100% of commercial delivery vehicles.
- In coordination with the contract manager, security will maintain an access control roster of all visitors and contractors not authorized access to the installation.
- Monitor electronic security systems (ESS) and devices including: automated access control systems (AACS), closed circuit television (CCTV), intrusion detection systems (IDS) and security control Center (SCC) when applicable.
- As needed, provide ‘after-hours’ (1700 – 0600) assistance to CFMO lodging/billeting office by issuing room keys and trouble-shooting immediate lodging/billeting emergency access needs.
- Contracted security personnel will carry weapons in the performance of duties. This will be an armed security post.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 23, 2022
(3) The contract period will be for five years.
(4) Completion of site visits will be held on August 19, 2022
(5) Letter of Intent to Respond Due will be due on August 5, 2022
