[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide education abroad, travel insurance, repatriation and medical evacuation service to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.
- A comprehensive travel abroad insurance plan for students on study abroad and faculty, staff, alumni, and volunteers leading study abroad groups or participating in other university affiliated activities.
• A comprehensive list of benefit exclusions;
• Identification of the assistance services provided;
• Availability of and pricing of daily and short-term rates;
• Availability of and pricing of ransom and kidnapping coverage;
• Availability of online enrollment and an online participant portal.
• Ability to provide computerized claim reports to designated offices at each university and the semi-annually and annually.
- Include schedule of benefits, maximum limits and any applicable benefit provisions for coverage which can be purchased at a monthly rate by students, faculty and staff, spouses and dependent children.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than January 31, 2022

- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
