[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide centralized e-commerce system
- a replacement system that includes current and enhanced business functionality, as well as upgraded technology that support agency and public needs, Additionally, there are several other key deliverables that must be met to ensure the State can sell merchandise, allow for electronic reporting and customer tracking management, and creation, implementation, and measurement of marketing campaigns all in one location,
- The e-commerce solution must offer customers the opportunity to purchase all recreational hunting, fishing, and park entrance licenses,
- The solution should include a “one-stop” experience for customers where licenses, permits and applications, reservations, harvest reporting, donations, gift cards, ability to apply discounts if and when available, and related products and services are in one centralized e-commerce system and available online (mobile and desktop), from retail licensing agents (or often referred to as licensing agents or agents), and by telephone through the Customer Service Call Center component,
- Customers find the System easy to use, with help screens and other aids readily available,
- Customers are comfortable building an online system profile for communication and ease of use related to purchases,
- Intelligent, automated, and easily created electronic communications help customers renew products and take action,
- The camping reservation functionality must include:
- Camping (campsites, camping cabins)
- Large Group Areas and Non Profit Group Areas for Custer State Park
- Lodging (lodges, modern cabins, 4-plexes, suites)
- Day Use (shelters, non-overnight facilities)
- Rentals (equipment, boat slips)
- Rating and Review System for each of the above-mentioned items and each park as a whole,
- The licensing system must be able to perform and manage a game license lottery/raffle (Hunt for Habitat) and the required capabilities as listed in the Limited License Draw System section,
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2020.

Onshore (USA organization Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
