[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide web-based health and flex benefit enroll decision support tool that will be required to provide guidance to employees through decision tree logic based on their specific benefit needs to enable them to make the best plan selection decisions possible.
- Decision support tool include:
1. Health Insurance
2. Dental Insurance
3. Vision Insurance
4. Short-term Disability Insurance
5. Accident Insurance Plan
6. Hospital Indemnity Plan
7. Health Savings Accounts
8. Medical Flexible Spending Accounts
9. Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
10. Health Reimbursement Accounts
11. Life Insurance
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than May 20, 2020.
(3) A letter of intent will be due on May 18, 2020.
(4) Contract term will be three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
