[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic training and records management system for an integrated electronic training and learning management system, support the discrimination training and other essential training requirements, allows filtering for reports of student, staff, faculty, volunteers, and summer programming staff/chaperones course participation and completion, easy to access, and should create ease and a lack of redundancy for those employees, volunteers and students who are affiliated with more than one university, capabilities with student and employee database systems, harassment (including sexual harassment) prevention, reporting options, including formal reporting and confidential disclosure options and any timeframes set by the school for reporting, strategies and skills for bystanders to intervene to prevent possible sexual violence, compatible with reasonably current windows and Macintosh browsing environments with compatibility for future web browsers (internet explorer, Firefox, safari, chrome, opera) to support user and administrator access, administrative security should be at the system, institution, and department levels, create users and assign them roles to support access to the ability to automate training processes based on new or continuing student status, or staff hires and be able to automate processes to send training based on student status and/or time between trainings being sent to individuals system, frequency and cost of updates to content, audience-appropriate content, ease of access for students, employees, volunteers and summer programming staff/chaperones, including those who have affiliation with more than one university, reporting tools available to track completion of required courses by all constitutions groups and accessibility for visually and hearing impaired.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than March 27, 2019.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
