[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide pharmacy services support during leave and training of the staff and chief pharmacist to the government authority located in Lower Brule, SD.
• Be a non-personal health care services contract under which the Contractor is an independent contractor;
• Allow the Government to evaluate the quality of professional and administrative services provided;
• Require the Contractor to indemnify the Government for any liability-producing act or omission by the Contractor, its employees and agents occurring during contract performance;
• Require the Contractor to maintain liability insurance which is not less than the amount normally prevailing within the local community for the medical specialty concerned
• The contract pharmacist shall be able to read medication orders from the prescriptions and process prescription orders in the Electronic Health Record (EHR), and check for completeness, appropriateness, and allergies.
• The contract pharmacist must be able to work independently and may also be required to work as the sole pharmacist on certain occasions when the permanent staff is attending meetings, completing administration assignments, or on leave.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
