[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technology transfer services to the government authority located in Brookings, SD.
- Provide evaluation, advice, and service to agency over the spectrum of the technology protection and commercialization process cycle, including recruitment of inventions from faculty, evaluation of protectability and market potential, protection strategy, marketing and licensing and post-agreement monitoring.
- Review existing database and protocol processes, revise and implement them as needed for optimal effectiveness during the contract period, and ensure smooth transition to fully in-house services before the end of the contract period.
- Technology Transfer Processes and Performance
- Technology recruitment, intake, evaluation
- IP protection
- Commercialization: licensing strategy
- Commercialization: licensing implementation
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2022.
(3) The contract period will be for one year.
