[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide enrollment management systems
A. Yield Enhancement – Define strategies to better understand the specific needs of our applicant pool and increase the yield resulting in an increase in the number of students enrolled for Fall 2022.
Include the following components, at a minimum
- Refine enrollment strategy
- Data infrastructure to meet goals
- Communication plan
- Target market
- Yield projections and evaluation
B. Develop content for a recruitment communications plan which includes website and email correspondence to increase recruitment flow through website and maintain frequent correspondence with prospects to increase the number of applicants.
C. Data analysis of multi-year enrollment and retention, to maximize future enrollment, retention and graduation numbers.
D. Using AI and advanced data analytics, assess need for SEO/SEM digital campaign(s) to increase web traffic among prospective audiences that will lead to increased number of applicants. Outline scope, cost and outcomes. Specific campaigns for transfer students, firsttime freshmen, and graduate programs.
E. Analyze financial aid packaging and provide strategies to utilize scholarship funds to maximize the use of dollars to increase enrollment for Fall 2022 and beyond.
F. Understanding how Northern is perceived by specific target audiences to determine best messaging.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 15, 2021.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
