[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide supportive consultant services to DBEs to help DBEs become proficient at estimating quantities, calculating a quote or bid, scheduling work, supervising employees, negotiating contracts and subcontracts, preparing and maintaining business records and reports, and obtaining bonds and loans to the government authority located in South Dakota.
- Develop and conduct a needs assessment to evaluate the utilization of DBEs and to identify barriers that hinder participation in the DOT construction program.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to develop and improve DBE capabilities and technical skills. Develop a monthly newsletter provided to DBEs on business advice.
- Provide a program to increase the job size and work category of participating DBEs. Develop and update as necessary an interactive online DBE directory.
(2) Contract period will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
