Government Authority located in Pierre, South Dakota; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for acquisition of IT research and advisory services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide acquisition of IT research and advisory services to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.
- IT Staffing resources: BIT requires a vendor partner who will assist in completing a thorough IT Staffing assessment that will provide at minimum the below listed detail for the following IT topic areas Applications, Infrastructure, Management, Strategy and Leadership.
- Research and Tool Library: The successful vendor must maintain an extensive IT research library that would be accessible for State IT decision makers.
- Industry specific detail: In addition to private industry BIT needs access to specific State and Local Government industry coverage including reference architectures, industry IT metrics/benchmarking reports, and industry notes covering the latest trends and top-of-mind industry IT challenges.
- Annual IT spend/budgeting: BIT is particularly interested in programs that focus on stakeholder and business alignment. This program would guide BIT staff to develop the IT strategy in conjunction with the vision and business goals of each state agency.
- Vendor and Software Evaluations: The membership requires access to toolkits and third-party, unbiased research for a varying array of key IT solution providers. Each user should be able to customize the vendor diagnostics based on the features and products most applicable to their needs.
- Dedicated Account Manager: BIT requires a dedicated resource on behalf of the successful vendor to manage the services. This dedicated resource should be the main point of contact for any membership, research or general requests put forth.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (US Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
