[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide career connector community engagement and supplemental nutrition assistance program employment and training services for an individual to obtain meaningful and sustainable work to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.
- voluntary program has a limited number of active participants, while the SNAP E&T mandatory program has a focused population of active participants in both locations
- To address the diverse needs of participants in the program and Career Connector program, the vendor shall coordinate services and develop collaborations with other state and local agencies
- Outreach to employers in the community building relationships to provide for career opportunities for program participants
- Outreach to volunteer groups to create appropriate engagement opportunities for participants
- Record interactions with participants
- Record all the data elements necessary to produce the reports.
(2) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 7, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Organization Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
