Government Authority located in South Dakota; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for automated administrative review tool.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide automated administrative review tool to deliver a web-based, customized off the shelf administrative review and procurement review system that meets regulations, rules, and guidance for the u.s. department of agriculture food and nutrition service school nutrition programs (national school lunch program, school breakfast program, special milk program, fresh fruit and vegetable program, afterschool snack, and seamless summer option), child and adult care food program, and summer food service.
- Allow for data entry and uploaded documents using a secure log in on a web site for schools or agencies and State use.
- Allow for comments or language customization in response to each review question, corrective action findings, and letters.
- Ensure data and data modifications flow through the review forms and avoid duplicate data entry, as required
- Contain triggers or reminders that assist schools/agencies and the State to comply with state and federal review deadlines.
- Include a test platform to enter both mock review data and periodically get refreshed with actual live system data, and to test system updates and changes in addition to the live system.
- Provide in-person training for State agency staff after full system implementation is complete and provide up to nine webinar trainings to school and local agencies to be recorded and given to the State for posting on the State’s website.
- Allow only school/agency users to modify or upload questions and areas that require their response and not allow State users to modify or upload in any school/agency areas;
- Allow only State users to modify the areas for their use to make comments, observations, enter data, and issue findings and not allow school/agency users to modify these areas
(2) A letter of intent responses due on January 10, 2020.
(3) All questions must be submitted no later than January 17, 2020.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
