[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud-based web content management services and system must be compatible with browsers and mobile devices.
- A content management system (CMS)is software that creates and manages websites
- A content management system (CMS) provides the necessary infrastructure for multiple parties to effectively contribute content and collaborate throughout the information lifecycle.
- User-friendly for content editors who are unfamiliar with web programming;
- Error Checking features for Spellings, Broken Links, and Accessibility
- Tracking of all content changes and editor activities
- Allow custom features to be added using PHP, ASP.NET, etc
- Option to allow different users across campus the ability to publish to different publishing destinations
- Work with BHSU to implement a new cloud-hosted CMS, including implementation timelines, task lists, and a Content Migration Plan;
- Vendor will install, update, and/or patch CMS servers and software as needed to improve CMS functionality and to protect against security threats and vulnerabilities.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than April 11, 2020.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
