Government Authority located in Pierre, South Dakota; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for family planning pharmacy services.
[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide family planning pharmacy services to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.
- Dispense prescriptions for approximately 5,000 client’s services sites located throughout South Dakota. See attachment a current service site location which is subject to change.
- Accept return of supplies from agency sites to inventory in situations where clients have not returned to pick up supplies.
- Maintain a confidential file of original prescriptions separate from Contractor’s other prescriptions.
- Provide agency a computerized perpetual inventory list of all agency supplies, including supplies on hand, supplies received, and supplies distributed to individual agency site or patient.
- Ensure all prescriptions dispensed can be used prior to the expiration date on the package.
- Provide computerization of each agency client’s new prescriptions and prescription changes.
- Provide sufficient staff to assist in distributing prescription and non-prescription contraceptives to all agency sites.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than March 23, 2020
