[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide technology and safety, telecommunications services and solutions to increase coverage and capacity for smart devices for students, faculty, staff, and guests to the government authority located in Brookings, SD.
- allow them to share and participate in events in a more direct way
- full voice and data cellular coverage independent of carrier(s) and their technologies
- Market the system and negotiate carrier participation, including if applicable, a portion of construction, installation, maintenance fees, usage fees, and facility rentals with carriers
- Enhanced 5G capable cell phone service and coverage to patrons
- Sufficient capacity on the DAS to service all vendors who have access and use of the system
- carrier format neutral and support every cellular carrier, independent of wireless frequencies and format used
- able to expand the system to accommodate additional interested carriers at later intervals
- able to access university local area fiber network in order to carry its traffic.
(2) A site visit will be held on October 8, 2019.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 17, 2019.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
