Government Authority located in Vermillion, South Dakota; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for environmental services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental services to the government authority located in Vermillion, SD.
- All trash must be put in the dumpsters located outside; no trash should be left outside of the dumpster, also, any cardboard must be breaking down and flattened before being put in dumpster,
- All the can/bottle recycling waste pickup is in specific areas in the building, mostly entryways, conference and classrooms,
- An on-call phone number shall be supplied if there is a need for someone right away,
- Daily: spills, lobby, offices, conference rooms, classrooms, restrooms, kitchen, stairs,
- Bi-weekly: baseboards,
- Monthly: vents,
- Semi-annually: carpet/mats, chairs,
- Annually: carpets, walls
(2) A site visit will be held on September 14, 2019.
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2019.
(4) A contract term will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
