[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology after-hours help desk support services during Monday through Thursday from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Friday through 8:00 AM Monday and 24 hours on all holidays.
(2) Approximate 32,000 requests handle per year.
(3) Contract period shall be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
