[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide gear up academic year and summer programming services to the government authority located in Brookings, SD.
• Growth mindset vs. fixed mindset activities in order to help students change the way they approach intelligence and learning and work toward increased academic success
• In-depth, comprehensive student pre-assessment and post assessment built on specific Growth Mindset material
• Communication and leadership activities
• Programming that consist of a combination of experiential-based leadership exercises and initiatives, team-building, group processing, and personal development strategies
• Customized curriculum design for middle and high school students who desire to enrol and succeed in higher education
• Evening activities
• Large team, multiple, day-long, workshops for students at partner schools located around state and traveling to up to 14 partner schools around state
• Have the ability to handle all logistics of multiple, large team, day-long, workshops around state
• Large team, day-long, workshops must include growth mindset and leadership activities, personal reflection activities, call to action activities and in-depth work with large team and smaller student groups.
• All programming and services proposed must be matched on a dollar-for-dollar basis.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than March 6, 2019.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
