[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide account-based plans, health reimbursement accounts, health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts administration services for coverage only for accident including accidental death and dismemberment, liability insurance including general liability insurance and automobile liability insurance, automobile medical payment insurance, workers compensation or similar insurance and credit only insurance including mortgage insurance.
(2) A pre-bid conference call will be held on September 14, 2018.
(3) A letter of intent to due on September 14, 2018.
(4) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than September 20, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
