[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide health plan underwriting and strategies services to
A. Provide financial analysis, including in-depth analysis for complex health plan benefit
B. Analyze health plan cost drivers by reviewing the cost and utilization data and looking
C. Identify opportunities for cost savings
D. Develop the relative cost differences between plan designs, in order to compare the current plan to alternative designs.
E. Analyze and recommend strategies related to new health plan programs and provider contracts.
F. Report detailed findings for each provider reimbursement
G. Load and normalize TPA claims data into Structured Query Language (“SQL”) environment for analytical reporting.
H Develop groupings to identify hospital inpatient and outpatient cost based on Diagnosis-Related to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than April 9, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
