[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide case management IT solution to meet department-wide technology needs in our efforts to support aging and disabled individuals and their families and replacement for a current case management system, comprehensive case management, document generation & storage etc. to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2017.
(3) A letter of intent is due on November 17, 2017.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
