DRA-8120 - USA (Pierre, South Dakota) - Mobile Data Trail Use Survey Service - Deadline May 23,2025

(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile data trail use survey service to the government authority located in Pierre, SD.– Collect data regarding the resident/non–resident makeup of trail use, the unique number of sleds on the trail system as a whole and specific trail segments, miles and hours traveled, intensity of use at different locations along the trail system, and the percentage of trail use that is attributable to snowmobile rental businesses– Provide use patterns on the 350–mile trail system based on shape files provided– Determine total volume of Resident snowmobiles– Determine total volume of Non–Resident snowmobiles– Determine total number of unique Resident sleds– Determine total number of unique Non–Resident sleds– Compare and calibrate data provided(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than May 15, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
