(1) Vendor needs to provide homelessness street outreach services to the government authority located in South Dakota.   • Proactive on–the–street outreach is essential to building trust and respect between homeless clients and agencies.• Collaborate with key stakeholders and providers to create and implement plans to address gaps in services• Build rapport and positive relationships with homeless individuals to provide linkages to housing, treatment, and other supportive services.• Implement best practices designed to engage homeless individuals in a productive, compassionate manner(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than February 6, 2025.
