(1) Vendor needs to provide pre–employment background and sanction checks services to the government authority located in SD.  – A third party to conduct pre–employment background and sanction screenings checks for the public university system, including six universities, the Board of Regents office of the Executive Director and two special schools.– A background screening package for pre–employment and re–screening for employees and contractors in accordance– Describe the capability for integration with applicant tracking systems and provide a list of partner or compatible applicant tracking Contractors. Contractor will identify the costs, if any, to implement integration features.– Service must with a secure web–based client access capability for ordering and receiving reports and account management.– Provide information regarding experience with educational checks and employment verifications.– Provide all reporting capabilities of online system, including reporting capabilities.a. Academic Qualification Checkb. Professional Qualification Checkc. Previous & Current Employer Verification, including international employers.– Employee Credit Report– Global Sanctions and Enforcement– Prohibited Parties(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 17, 2025(3) The contract period will be for three years.
