(1) Vendor needs to provide highway performance monitoring system reporting tool.– Reduce the person–hours required to prepare, validate, and edit– Create a user–friendly environment that enables multiple users and new staff members to actively participate in the data validation and assembly– Interface to compile, format, and integrate data from several sources and functional areas– Format data for the Federal HPMS System Submittal software.– Provide HPMS reporting assistance as needed– HPMS Management Software to be an Internet–based system, accessible from any Internet browser– To include at a minimum, software, implementation, maintenance, technical support, and training– Implement the HPMS Management Software and provide operational and software support– Provide Annual Support to modify configurations of the HPMS Management Software, as needed– Provide Training and Operations Support for the HPMS Management Software– Plan for HPMS Management Software delivery, configuration of interfaces to external systems, and demonstration of ability to generate HPMS data(2) All questions must be submitted no later than January 16, 2025.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
