(1) Vendor needs to provide call center services.  – Answer all calls to a statewide 1–800 number.– Use tracking software to collect information about the caller and reason for the call that can be transferred to the federally mandated reporting system.– Route the call to the appropriate staff or volunteer member or use scheduling software to assist caller in making an appointment with the staff.– Answer, when appropriate, basic questions related.– Staff the 1–800 number Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Additional hours or staffing may be needed during Medicare Open Enrollment period.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2024    (3) The contract period will be for one year.
