ITES-6470 - USA (South Dakota) - Online Resource Database Management Service - Deadline May 31,2024

(1) Vendor needs to provide online resource database management service.– Agency is seeking offerors who can provide the following:• Experience and skills necessary to develop, maintain and disseminate accurate, up–to–date community resource information in a statewide searchable database. This database contains both a public facing directory as well as an internal, restricted use component with two separate repositories of data.– A detailed plan for keeping the database(s) up to date including routine maintenance tasks as well as the capability of conducting formal reviews of 100% of active resources annually, even as the number of records increases over time.– Assistance in converting resources in the internal directory to the public facing directory, as appropriate, with the goal of reducing two repositories of data into one. Internal resources may need extra research, outreach, editing etc. to determine if they comply with inclusion/exclusion criteria for the public facing directory.– Routine usage statistics as well as other reports as needed.– Training and routine re–training on use of the Resource Directory, as needed, with state identified users.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than April 26, 2024.(3) Contract period will be for five years.
