(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic records and case management system.
- An electronic record, case management system to be HIPAA-compliant in housing necessary information, automate tasks and processes, reduce duplication, increase efficiency, manage incoming and historical data, utilize reporting functions, act as the secure database for authorized users, allow permission-based access, and be user friendly.
- The system should have the capacity to allow permission-based access including submission only, read access, or a combination, plus full administrative access for up to 100 users.
- The system should have the capacity to store and analyze data for at least 300 clients.
- System should have scan-in storage capabilities.
- The system should allow administrators to customize data collection fields.
- The system must allow historic tracking and have reporting options based on fields.

- Medical History and Records
- Legal Documents
- Annual Reports and Audits to Court
