(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology (IT) and computer services to the government authority located in Rosebud, SD.
- Provide maintenance of the agency and intact, e-mail systems and overall computer system
- Install new automated data processing (ADP) technology
- Provide technical assistance to the site manager and computer station users as needed
- Analyzes ADP problems and presents solutions.
- Assists with the implementation of a data security program for ADP systems
- Assist with the installation of newly acquired equipment and software
- Conducts and maintains an IT inventory of telecommunication equipment for the company
- Share information with property manager
- Analyzes internal system problems and provides solutions to allow processing to resume or to improve processing
- Assist with the development of an annual ADP plan to improve the system. Provided to the administrator by June 30 annually with the prepare of budget planning
- Provide written monthly reports the status of ADP systems to the site manager
